2. Applications
The series of PRS®-C1085, PRS®-C1090, PRS®-C1100, PRS®-C1101 are a category of C5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resins applied in tyre rubber compounding, which have an excellent compatibility with a wide variety of elastomers including natural rubber (NR), synthetic rubber, polyethylene, polypropylene, Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene (SIS), Styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene(SEBS) and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), and also have a good compatibility with the natural tackfying resins (such as terpene, rosin and thereof derivatives). Additionally, the product can be used in rubber mixing as tackifier, reinforcement agent, softener as well as the filler, etc.
3. Properties in Rubber Compounding Application
Excellent Tyckfying Property
Has a good softening and reinforcement properties in rubber mixing process, can enhance the ductility and peel resistance of rubber mixing.
Can improve the tackiness of raw rubber, without effecting the curing time and cured property of rubber compounding
Avoids the sticky problem to rubber processing machines
Contributes to a uniform dispersion of filling material in rubber compounding
Moderate color
Recommended Application Field: Tyre Rubber Compounding
Other Applications:
The production of other rubber products such as sole, shoe heel, floor, strap, rubber pipe and inner tire
Light colored rubber daily necessities
Light colored materials can be used for pressure-sensitive adhesives
